Donerd’s Donuts Restaurant Review

Donerds Donuts Restaurant Review

Donerd’s Donuts is a small business owned and run by Andrew Underwood and Annabel Figueroa.

The two met in Annabel’s home city and Chile’s capital, Santiago. Shortly after meeting, the couple purchased a 1981 Volkswagen bus, where they sold gourmet donuts and coffee. Their donut dreams quickly outgrew their vintage bus, and in October 2019, they opened the doors to their first location in Santiago.

They would later move to the United States, leaving their bus behind and opening a second located in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. In August of 2023, Andrew and Annabel opened their newest shop right here in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, located on 3 East 4th Street on the southside of Bethlehem. Gracing us with their delicious donuts and coffee made from some of the best beans in the world, Donerd’s Donuts should definitely be on your list of places to eat.

Here are the donuts I tried and my rankings, in no particular order.

The Caramel Churro | $2.75

Presentation: 10/10

Overall score: 7/10

Crème brûlée | $3.50

Overall grade: 6/10

Apple Fritter | $3.25
